the consultant didn't reply message, disappearing 10-14 days without any reason. always try to upsell before any basic requirement been complete.

we need to repeat our requests many many times before it can be done or fixed. No supervisor person to complain........took 5 months still didn't finish the simple web.

I applied for a Logo on Line, I communicated with an Online person, completed all the required information. Paid the money via Credit Card.

Was told I would receive Logo suggestions within 48 Hours. Received nothing, heard nothing. I tried a number of times to contact them. No response.

Emailed them no response. The 1300 number they say to call for assistance does not work. This business is a SCAM. They are thieves.

They stole my money.

I believe they are based in Los Angeles. Well I hope they are ready for a very ANGRY AUSTRALIAN TO VISIT THEM on my next visit to the USA.

Non stop calls promoting discounts after discounts, the amount of times iv asked them to delete my number is stupid.

from last 11 months paying and paying but still website is not complete and still saying that much $$ is due and that much $$ you will pay next month. for example, for social marketing package they took $800 first instalment and 4 months after payment he asked me more money for it and i asked what have you done in 4 months with that $800, HE HAS JUST CREATED FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAMM AND TWITTER ACCOUNT FOR THAT ONLY AND WANTS MORE $900.

even they don't have common sense, asking ridiculous question and i feel like its a joke.

I ordered a logo and website design in total paying $880. I started with the logo design and the 5 designs they provided were so far off brief it was ridiculous! After many many re designs I decided that the way it was going was not what I envisioned so decided to go for a logo with an icon instead. They advised that would require a specific designer to do and therefore I had to pay a further $180.

What I received back I can only say looked like a 5 year old had done! It really was SO bad!!! After many many many more back and forth on the annoying message site the design was just still so bad that I ended up going else where for my logo. The website design was pretty similar in that the demo provided was very basic.

Again looked like something I could have done myself a million times better! There is no way it was professionals doing it as there was the most basic of errors! They struggle to understand instruction. Up sell on as much as they can!

They tried to tell me half way through the design that I had to pay a further $350 just to make the website secure. They also tried to up sell on site optimization and told me that if I wanted any types of dashboards to manage the site I would need to pay further! Thank god I never agreed to ANY of them! They call from a number that looks like Melbourne however are defo not based there!

They are impossible to get hold of and have literally taken MONTHS to get to a point where I have no logo from them and no website! Today I logged on to check my demo and found that my whole thing has been cancelled with no communication what so ever! Im guessing I will never see the $880 again! Taking that one on the chin but please if you are thinking of going with them DONT!!!!

I Started designing with them about a year ago, till this day they still refuse to give me a refund and that they insist on me paying more money for the website to "fill in contents" which cost me $350 dollars. I missed the email of the questionnaire being sent and they blame me for not filling it up. After they took money from my credit card without my approval they stopped contacting me.

DON'T DEAL WITH THEM - THEY ARE BRUTES AND THIEVES

I ordered a redesign of my website at Logo Sensation Australia. They debited me immediately and here we started!

After 1 month of useless conversations during which they tried to upsell me with different things - SEO, Video, etc. - I asked for my money back.

The main reason was the following: they didn't do ANYTHING during this month, they didn't listen for my wishes and comments and, finally, started blaming me for NOT ACCEPTING THERE OUTSTANDING DESIGN!!!!

Immediately after I asked for my money back, they stopped communicating with me. Rear answers via chat that "Tomorrow you'll receive an email, Till the end of the day we'll sort it out, etc...."

Then they stopped answering me via chat, then emails, then phones! I had to chase them through the USA and still, after 2 months, I can receive my money back!

I ordered redesign at the middle of August, not it the middle of October - the "process is still on"!!!!

Guys, if you really want your job done - NEVER deal with these crooks! Find real professionals and honest people!

And now they answered me, that they've done a HUGE job and will refund me a bit more than 50%! They billed me for redesign $500 and $300 for texts rewriting. They refunded me the design - they tried to perform something but failing to upsell me more staff. Now they writing me that the rest of the money - for text rewriting - they will hold as a payment for there "hard work"!

They don't reply to any emails or web chats. Just take your money, give you low grade designs that is best described as primary school level and then when you complain they disappear.

Never designed the website and that was 5 months ago! When you complain they quickly send you one of those word press sites that you can do for way cheaper whereby the quality can be described as pathetic and very generic. All their promises of beautiful designs are just followed by them trying to up sell you another service that they will just not deliver.

The minute you complain the service is sub-standard, they disappear and you will never hear from them again or see your money.

DO NOT TRUST them. They are first class thieves.

Terrible service, below average designs. It’s a battle getting a refund for work which was never completed. Signed up in April and still don’t have marketing material and a website in September!!

I engaged Logo Sensation to design a logo for my business, I had sent them a very clear brief and also sent them example logos to give them an idea of the type of logo I was after. The first round of logos that came back were not what I was after so I provided feedback.

Round 2 of the logos came and they were no better, each time I sent a response it took them 3-4 days just to reply, not sure if they were outsourcing overseas but the English in their emails were very bad.

I had sent them another response with changes I needed, I was very specific but yet they had failed to get anything close to what I was after. This had been going on for 2 weeks for just a simple logo so I requested a refund as on their website they mentioned they offer 30 day refunds, when I requested a refund this is when they started to ignore my calls and emails, I have not heard back from them since.

I guess they have taken my money and run, do not use logo sensation.

I run a small lawn mowing business and decided it was time to build a website as everyone has one now days so I contact Logo Sensations.

At the start they seemed nice and friendly and mentioned they could build a website that would be custom designed to my needs and would be easy to use.

Well, that was not the case, Once I paid them it took them 10 days to send through a design even though they mention they send designs in 48 hours, the design they sent through was very basic, looked like a template, I wet onto their portfolio and could see there were many websites using the same layout but they just change the pictures and colors, so not really custom designed to my disappointment.

The website took 2 months to build, mind you thins is only a simple 7 page website with pictures about my business and a contact form, not sure why it took them so long.

When I finally did get the website log in details I could see the website was very hard to use, you needed to know "basic coding" to update the website, well they told me at the start it would be drag and drop, so that was false advertising.

I also notice the website sends out lots of spam emails through the contact form, when asked to fix they told me it was going to cost $199 to fix which I thought was ridicules as it would not need fixing in the first place if they did it correct.

Needless to say I ended up stopping the website and getting it built elsewhere, I did not get any refund, seems like a scam company to me, be careful!

THEY PROMISED THE WORLD AND REALLY UNDER DELIVERED. THEY DIDN NOT ADHERE TO THE BRIEF. THEY PROVIDED VERY UNDERWHELMING SERVICE AND LOGO DESIGN.

THEY PRODUCED FOR 5 LOGOS THAT WERE NOT IN LINE WITH BRIEF. WE WERE HAPPY TO PAY FOR THE TIME ON THE LOGO AND REQUESTED A REFUND FOR THE REMAINING BALANCE. THEY REFUSED.

THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED OUR MONEY AND HAVE BEEN AVOIDING PHONES OR EMAIL ENGAGEMENT.

THE DIRECTOR DODGES OUR CALLS. WE ARE NOW AT THE STAGE OF LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
